Danilo Franchi after having graduated engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, he continued his professional growth as a Project Manager.
He gained extensive experience leading MEP design and construction companies, where he worked, in the Project management field, in Italy and throughout the world.
Being a LEED Green Associate and BREEAM International Assessor, and having more than 20 years of experience in the systems engineering construction sector and on numerous green-certified projects, he has developed a profound knowledge of the sustainable and Green-Building practices with a particular focus on the issues regarding the cost-benefit ratio.
As an expert in project management and integrated strategies for sustainable construction he has coordinated in the design and construction stages, the LEED certification process of the largest building in the world with Commercial Interior certificate (VODAFONE VILLAGE in Milan is the the largest building with the LEED certificate in Italy).
As a consultant for the development of “green” products, he has technically supported several construction companies and systems engineering companies and has been a speaker at several events on behalf of ENEA, EIRE, MADEexpo, Green Building Expo, the US Embassy in Rome, The Italian Embassy in Belgrade.
